Return Policy

For eligible hot tools and accessories, we offer a 30 day money back guarantee. All we ask is that you try our products and if you are not completely happy, simply return the items within 30-days from the date of delivery and we'll refund you.

To be eligible for our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee, the product & packaging must be in resealable condition, with all original contents inside and undamaged packaging. If a product is missing, box is damaged or not in restockable condition we cannot provide a refund. Refunds can only be issued to the method that was used to pay for the order. Unfortunately we cannot process exchanges.

Please note, due to sanitary purposes we do not accept returns or refunds for used or opened Hair Gems.
